Ingredients
1 Qt Imagine Organic Creamy Butternut Squash Soup1 Whole cooked chicken breast, diced (about 8 oz)2 cups cooked rice1 bag mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflowerORuse 1 bag of stir fry vegetables with rice
Directions
Heat Butternut Squash soup in saucepan. Add 1 bag of stir fry vegetables with rice and diced cooked chicken breasts. Simmer about 5 minutes and enjoy.
If you're not gluten or dairy intolerant you can use any brand of Butternut Squash soup.
This makes about 4 servings of thick hearty soup.
