Killer Fruity Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup of frozen strawberries (you can also mix your berries up, adding a few raspberries or blueberries is great too! 1 small fresh or frozen banana (I freeze peeled bananas just for smoothie or bread making)1/2 cup plain low-fat yougart1 tsp. vanilla1 pack of zero calorie sweetener. splash of water
Directions
Toss the ingredients in a blender with a splash of water. You won't believe how great this tastes. It really hits the spot when you NEED a totally yummy treat!
