Lighter Guacamole

Ingredients
2 cups, frozen peas, thawed6 T water4 avocado, peeled, seeded3 T lemon juice1 t salt3 T fresh cilantroMrs. Dash, SouthWest Chipotle spice
Directions
Makes about 3.5 cups. Serving size is 3 TBS.

Whiz peas and water in food processor until smooth. Add all others and pulse.
