Ingredients
1 brown of lean ground round1 onion chopped1 green pepper chopped1 16 oz ( I think they are 15 oz now) canned tomatoes3 tablespoons of chili powdersalt & pepper to taste1 Cup water1 Cup long grain white riceor you can use Minute Rice shorten the simmer time since you won't have to cook the rice.
Directions
Cook & crumble the beef over medium heat - add onions, green pepper & chili seasoning until the beef is fully cooked stirring occassionally - drain any excess grease. Add tomatoes, water & rice. Salt & pepper to taste - stir - cover & cook for 20 to 25 minutes on low heat.

Serves 6 - 1 Cup portions - quick dinner
