Mediterranean Couscous with Tofu

Ingredients
1.5 cups Couscous, cooked.0.5 block Extra firm tofu seasoned to taste2 cups cherry tomatoes1 tbsp olive oil1/3 cup feta cheese crumbles
Directions
Cook couscous.
Stir fry tofu in 1/2 tbsp olive oil and seasonings
Mix all ingredients and toss in remaining olive oil.
