Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbsp Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 cherrySalsa, 1 tbsp
Directions
chop green peppers and tomatoes into small pieces. Mix in bowl with remaining ingredients, cook in skillet or on griddle over med heat until eggs are cooked.
