Ingredients
2 Chicken breast (no skin no bone)2 10.5oz can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1/2 cup finely chopped onion1 tbsp butter10oz reduced fat biscuit dough, torn into pieces 14oz can fat free low sodium chicken broth
Directions
1. Place the chicken, butter, soup, and onion in a slow cooker, and fill with chicken broth to cover.
2. Cover, and cook for 5 to 6 hours on High. About 90 minutes before serving, place the torn biscuit dough in the slow cooker and make sure it is covered with the liquid. Cook until the dough is no longer raw in the center.

Optional: I boil my chicken breast before adding to the slow cooker, this way I can have shredded chicken in my recipe.

This recipe is a little high on the sodium but it's a great comfort food made low fat. Make sure to up your water intake for the day to ten 8oz glasses.
