Hummus and Veggie Pita

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Pita (approx. 6 1/2 inch diamater)Hummus (just enough to spread evenly on half of the inside)Lettuce1/2 Tomato (slices)Cucumber (5 slices)Alfalfa Sprouts (as much as you like)Black Olives (also, as much as you like)Feta Cheese (about 1 cubic inch, crumbled)Cesar Dressing (1 tbsp)
Directions
Open up the pita so it is "stuffable." Spread a thin layer of hummus on the back half of the bottom part of the pita. Stuff the pita with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, alfalfa sprouts, black olives, and feta. Add Cesar dressing and salt and pepper to your liking. Enjoy! Makes one pita.
