Garlic Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients
6 cups diced potatoes1 tbsp minced garlic1/2 cup canola oil2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix potatoes, garlic, and oil. Cook at 450 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Cook additional 20 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in cheese. Bake additional 10 minutes
