Banana and peanut butter smoothie

Ingredients
Banana, 1 cup, (sliced)Peanut Butter smooth style, 1 tbspMilk 2%, 9 fl oz
Directions
Peel and slice the banana then leave in the freezer for at least two hours (I normally leave it over night). Put all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.

Serves 2 small glasses or 1 large glass

    I cut this recipe in half and modified it a bit: 1/2 a frozen banana, 1/2 cup Silk Light Vanilla Soymilk, 1/2 cup ice cubes, and used the entire Tbsp still of peanut butter. Could've been a little thicker but had a very pleasant flavor! - 2/21/11
