Low-cal Chicken Cacciatore Sauce for Garlic Lovers

Ingredients
1 Chicken breast Can tinned tomatoes1/2 can tomato paste'3-6 cloves of garlic according to taste1/2 green (bell) pepper6 mushrooms 1 tsp dried thyme
Directions
Serves 4

Pour diced tomatoes into saucepan. Add diced chicken and bring to boil. Once on boil, stir and simmer with added thyme and chopped (or minced) garlic. 10 minutes on simmer then add green pepper. Last five minutes add peeled and sliced mushrooms. To thicken, stir in tomato paste.

Serve over the whole-wheat pasta of your choice for a healthy, quick, and delicious meal.
