Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1 medium banana (4 oz)8 oz strawberries8 oz blueberries1/2 c skim milk1/2 c apple juicepinch of salt3 t sugar2 t lemon juice 3 ice cubes
Directions
Freeze fruit for 10 minutes. In blender puree cold fruit, milk, juice and salt. Add 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon lemon juice and ice, blend until smooth 10-15 seconds. If desired add more lemon juice and sugar.
