Portabella pizza

Ingredients
2 Large portabella mushrooms1 cup Chicken brothBlack olivesturkey pepperonilow fat mozzarella cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 450.

Clean the portabella with a damp paper towel and remove stem.

Cook the portabella mushrooms in the chicken stock in a large skillet. Remove them and let them set long enough to drain excess liquid.

Once mushrooms have drained, top with sauce and other toppings and bake for approximately 7 minutes.
