Pepperoni Dip

Ingredients
1 can fried onion rings, divided2 (8 oz.) lowfat cream cheese, softened1 c. lowfat sour cream1 sm. minced, green pepper (optional)1/4 lb. ground pepperoniPinch garlic powder
Directions
Combine about 3/4 can of onion rings with all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place in a small casserole dish. Crush remaining 1/4 can of onion rings and sprinkle over mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. About 16 servings.
