Grandma's Baked Rice

Ingredients
1 cup rice1 cup half and half or milk1 cup sugar2 eggs slightly beaten1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Cook rice using directions on package until medium soft. Add cream and cook until liquid is almost gone. Add sugar, eggs and raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes until edges start to brown.
Makes about 12 servings. Save a few calories by using milk instead of half and half.
