Ingredients
4 oz. Beef Round Tip chunks1 cup Sliced Red Peppers1 cup Sliced Green Peppers1 cup Sliced Yellow Onions1 Tbsp. of Soy Sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Let it sit in fridge for 30 mins. Cook on grill with BBQ non-stick Topper. Cook until meat is tender. Serve with side item.
