Homemade Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup self rising flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 large egg1 cup nonfat milk1 T butter
Directions
Makes 4 pancakes.


In a mixing bowl mix together first 4 ingredients. Let stand for 3 minutes.


Heat a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat, place 1/4 T butter and melt. Ladle 1/4 cup of pancake mix into skillet and cook until bubbles start to form on top of pancake....then flip. Finish cooking until pancake is cooked through. Approximately 1-2 minutes on each side.


Repeat three more times.
