2 cups of skim milk2.5 cups of fruit sensations frozen fruit mix (pineapple, peaches, honeydew melon & seedless red grapes)2 tbsp. Nestle Quick (sugar free)
Directions
Add all ingrediants to a blender, mix until smooth. Pour and serve.
