Fat Smash ( Phase 1) Corn Salad

Ingredients
3 Portobello mushrooms, chopped 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar 1/3 cup olive oil 4 tsp water pinch of brown sugar or white sugar1/2 pound sweet yellow corn 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved1 medium onion, chopped 1/4 to 1/2 pound of baby lettuce 1 bell pepper, chopped 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley 1/2 cup chopped chives ( optional) salt and pepper to taste ( i also used salad seasoning)
Directions
Marinate the mushrooms for 45 minutes in vinegar, olive oil, water and sugar

While mushrooms marinate, mix corn, tomatoes, onion, lettuce, pepper, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper in a large bowl

Drizzle the marinated mushrooms over the salad or keep to the side and dip.
