Creamy Curried Chicken & Squash Skillet

Ingredients
6 oz shredded cooked chicken breast1 can 98 percent FF Cream of Mushroom Soup1/2 cup chicken stock3 cups zucinni or other squash1/2 large red onion1 tsp coconut oil1 tbsp curry (masala)salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onion and squash till slightly tender but still a bit crisp, add chicken and saute till heated through. Add broth and soup, spices. Cook for 10 minutes on low/medium till set.
