Bran flakes "fried" chicken

Ingredients
7 chicken breasts cut into 1" wide slices2 eggs +2 whites beaten 2 cups bran flakesseason chicken if desired, with galrlic, red pepper, and black pepperolive oil for bottom of baking dish
Directions
Feeds 6-7
Beat eggs and egg whites in a shallow rimmed pan
pour bran cereal into a plate
dredge chicken in eggs and then roll in cereal
Place chicken in lightly greased baking pan (use olive oil)

Bake for one hour at 375 degrees
