Spinach Salame Pasta

Ingredients
21 oz. Whole Wheat Penne Pasta1 Tbsp Olive Oil1Tbsp Minced Garlic3 cups chopped spinach1 can (15 oz) Tomato Sauce1.5 Tbsp cinnamon1 Tbsp basil1 Tbsp sugar1 package (8 oz) light salame 1.5 cups parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook the pasta as directed

Sautee the garlic and spinach in the olive oil
add the tomato sauce cinnamon, sugar and basil
simmer for a few minutes
chop the salame into thin strips, add to sauce

mix sauce with pasta in a large casserole dish
sprinkle with parmesan cheese
bake at 350 until cheese is bubbly
