Low Carb No Bake Cookies

Ingredients
Mix in saucepan:1/4 cup butter1/4 cup half and half cream1/4 cup Splenda1/4 cup Erythritol (sweetener)3 TBS cocoaMix in bowl and have ready to add:1/2 cup pecans (chopped, toasted)1/2 cup almonds (toasted, sliced)1/2 cup unsweetened coconut (toasted)1/4 cup Flax meal (ground flax seed)Also have ready:1/4 cup natural, no sugar added peanut butter1 tsp. vanilla (imitation..no added sugar)
Directions
Bring first mixture to boil and cook 1 minute, while stirring. Remove from heat and add vanilla & peanut butter and stir until well mixed. Add bowl of ingredients and stir well. Drop onto Silpat mat (or waxed paper) and make 18 small cookies. These will harden as they cool. YUM!
