Ingredients
3/4 C. plus 2 TBL water1 T. Butter1 C. Unbleached Flour for bread2/3 C. Whole Wheat Flour1/3 C. Barley Flour1/3 C. Toasted Flax Seeds1/3 C. Sunflower Seeds, UNsalted2 TBL. Brown Sugar, packed1 tsp Salt1 pkt yeast
Directions
Place all ingredients into bread maker according to machine directions. Make sure to add the Flax & Sunflower seeds after the first knead so they won't be chopped up.
