Banana Nut Muffins

1/4 cup maple syrup (honey or regular sugar works as well)1 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or salt, but sea salt works for lower sodium)3/4 cups whole wheat flour1/4 cup dry oatmeal1/4 cup flaxseed mill1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup silk (you can use milk instead for non-Vegan)2.5-3 medium bananas, mashed 1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/4 cup chopped pecans
Makes 12 regular sized muffins
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Add syrup, soda, salt, flour, mill, and oatmeal to large bowl. Stir well to combine.
Mix oil, milk, bananas, vanilla until moistened. Fold in pecans.
Lightly spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Fill muffin cups 2/3 with batter.
Bake approximately 15minutes until tops are firm.
