Tender Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 Lean Pork Chops1/4 Cup Evaporated Skim Milk1 Cup Seasoned Stuffing Cubes1 teaspoon Minced Garlic1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley1 Tablespoon Dried Minced Onion1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

1. Soak chops in milk until you get the breading prepared.

2. Place the stuffing cubes, garlic, parsley, onion, and poultry seasoning in a zip-lock bag. Press the air out of the bag and seal it. Crush the mixture until fine.

3. Place foil on a baking pan. Take chops out of milk and let milk drip off a little bit. Dredge chops in breading and place on baking pan.

4. Place pan in preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. Turn chops over and bake for 25 to 30 more minutes until done.

Makes four 1-chop servings.
