Thai Tom Yam Soup

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup baby Corn(Canned), 8 oz Broccoli, fresh, 0.25 cup, chopped Cauliflower, raw, 0.25 cup Ginger Root, 0.25 cup slices (1" dia) Lemon grass (citronella), fresh, 1 cup Tomato Paste, 0.5 can (6 oz) Water, tap, 100 fl oz Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, strips Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 10 strips *Hot Chili Peppers, 3 pepper *Soy Sauce, 1 tsp hot red Sauce, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) *Lemon Juice, 0.25 cup Salt, 1 tsp Lemon Peel, 1 tsp Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
First create the broth for your soup with tomato paste and water. Put it on a stove in pan bring it to boil. Add lemon grass and half of ginget root in it. Let it boil for about 30 minutes. Strain and keep the broth.
In one tea spoon oil saute all the vegetablea and ginger,lemon zest add all the suces and add to the broth and put on the stove again .
Let the soup simmer for another 15 minutes. Add lemon joice and salt acccording to your teste.
You can adjust lemon joice and hot sauce and red chili according to your teste.
