Ingredients
chicken cutlets,cooked and cut up; Cream of mushroom soup-water added not milk: Canned green peas. Diced red pepper (I use peppers from the freezer). Chopped onion. Serve over toast or noodles.
Directions
In large skillet, put cooked chicken, mushroom soup and water,chopped onion, chopped pepper and green peas. Cook over low to med. heat until onions and peppers are cooked. Serve over toast or noodles.

    My husband loved this!! I sauteed diced carrots, peppers & onion, first, then added canned chunk chicken breast along with the low fat mushroom soup, peas last & served it over rice. He said I can make this anytime! - 7/1/13

    This was very good! I did end up adding about 1/2 cup skim milk and 1/2 cup chicken broth. I used the broth when cooking the veggies, but other than that I kept it the same! I was VERY good! Even my very picky hubby liked it! Will make again! Thanks! - 1/10/10
