Salmon Ball

Ingredients
14 oz Salmon, drained and flaked1/2 ts Liquid BBQ Sauce8 oz Cream Cheese1 tb Onion, grated1 tb Lemon Juice2 ts Horseradish1/4 ts Salt1 c Walnuts or Pecans, chopped1/4 c Fresh Parsley, chopped
Directions
Combine all except nuts and parsley.
Shape into a log and roll in the nut mixture.
Serve with crackers
