Salmon Fillets over Couscous

Ingredients
olive oil16 ounces(4 pieces) of salmonlime1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. black pepper1/4 tsp. garlic powder1 cup couscous1 cup diced red bell pepper1/2 cup feta cheese1/2 cup green onions
Directions
Salmon
Add a drizzle of olive oil to glass pan and place the salmon. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the top of the salmon and sprinkle with the mix of salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Wrap in the foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Couscous
Bring or chicken stock to a boil over medium heat. Stir in couscous. Add half of crumbled feta. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Add red peppers, green onions, and rest of cheese.
