Smothered Chicken

Ingredients
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast1/2 cup salsa1/2 cup raw onion, sliced1/2 cup raw pepper, sliced1/4 cup shredded light cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook chicken breast until done. In separate pan, cook onion and pepper lightly (I like them to stay slightly crunchy).

Place chicken breast in a baking pan. Top with onion and pepper mixture and salsa. Top with cheese and bake until cheese has melted.

Serve.
