Ingredients
Whatever you have - I normally use:milkyogurtfrozen fruit (or fresh)bananavanilla extactthe possibilities are endless!
Directions
Put all ingrediants in blender and mix until your desired consistency. I have noticed that for frozen fruit, it is better to thaw before blending (I normally zap it in the microwave for 30 seconds and it's not as tough on the blender).
