Mashed Potatoes and Carrots

Ingredients
3-4 Small Potatoes3 Carrots, cut into 2 inch chunks1/3 cup Promise Fat Free margarine1/3 cup skim milksalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Fill a large pot with water. Clean potatoes and carrots, I personally do not peel either, but that is a personal choice. Boil both until fully cooked. Drain water, add milk and butter and mash. Add seasonings to taste.
