Moroccan Turkey Stew

Ingredients
12 oz diced turkey meat (light & dark)1 cup onion chopped1.5 cups carrots chopped1 15 oz can diced tomatoes1 15 oz can chick peas drained.5 cup dried appricots chopped2 cups 99% fat free chicken broth2-3 cups water2 tbs moroccan spice blend
Directions
Place all of the ingredients into a large soup pot and simmer for 30 minutes.

*Note: The turkey can be raw or precooked and you can also substitute chicken. However, you should simmer it for the entire 30 minutes to allow the flavors to come together.
