Sauerkraut, canned tomatoes, ground beef, onion and basmati rice!
Fry the onion in the butter, add celery salt, salt and pepper and garlic. Add in thawed lean ground beef.
In large casserole dish pour in the tomatoes, add the beef mixture then add the rice. Mix. Spread the sauerkraut over the top.
Bake on 350 degrees for 40 mins.
