2 16 oz cans Del Monte no salt added cut green beans4 fresh boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boiled and diced1 10.75oz can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom1/2 soup can fat free half and half8 oz Kraft 2% shredded sharp cheddar cheese2 cups whole wheat dry bread crumbs*1/3 cup Smart Balance 50/50 butter blend, melted* I made bread crumbs from Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat, 4 slices
Spray a 13x9 inch casserole dish and set aside.
Mix 1 can of cream of mushroom and 1/2 soup can of fat free half and half in a small saucepan, bring to a boil.
Layer diced chicken and green beans in prepared casserole dish. Pour soup mix on green bean-chicken mixture, then spread cheese on top. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned and casserole is bubbly.
