2 oz. Trader Joe's chocolate coffeehaus yogurt1/2 cup Trader Joe's black raspberries1 serving EAS protein, chocolate flavor1/4 cup water
Directions
Add water, yogurt, and protein powder to blender. Drop in 1/2 cup of black raspberries and blend very well, at least a full minute, until frothy.
