Cottage cheese patties

Ingredients
3 cups nonfat cottage cheese1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats1/4 cup wheat germ2 Tbsp Brewers yeast (nutritional yeast, not the baking kind)1/4 cup dried parsley flakes1 packet of dry onion soup mix1 1/2 cups fat-free egg substitute (Eggbeaters or similar)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into small patties (about 2 inches across). Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and spray with Pam. Place patties gently into the pan (they fall apart easily before they are cooked), brown on one side then flip to brown the other side.
