Quick Chicken Adobo

Ingredients
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce1/2 cup white vinegar1/2 tablespoon peppercorns2 bay leaves2 cloves of garlic, through the garlic press or finely chopped
Directions
Makes three servings

Chop chicken in to bite sized pieces.

Add all ingredients and simmer in a covered pot until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Serve chicken over rice and use sauce.
