# Endive, 3 head (remove)# Pears, fresh, 1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) (remove)# Onions, raw, 2 small (remove)# Blue Cheese, 50 grams (remove)# Walnuts, 1 cup, in shell, edible yield (7 nuts (remove)# Honey, 2 tbsp (remove)# Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (re

-cut onions into thick slices and cook on low heat with 1 tblsp oil until tender.Set aside
-cut endives into 4 wedges each and stir fry in 1 tblsp oil,
-when colored add the pear, cook for 2 mins.
-add the onion, the honey
-sprinkle with blue cheese and walnuts
