5 Links Honeysuckle white Sweet Italian turkey sausage, casings removed2 cups Kale stems removed and finely chopped1/2 c. chopped white onion2 medium turnips, diced1 can evaporated fat free milk2 cups fat free chicken broth2 cups watersalt and fresh ground pepper to tastered pepper flakes to taste
Remove meat from casings. Brown meat in large dutch oven with garlic and onion. Drain any fat from pan. Add turnips, broth and water. Simmer for 15 minutes or until turnips are tender. Add kale, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Simmer until kale wilts. Serve.
