Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
6 oz. Strawberry Light Nonfat Yogurt 4 oz. 1% Milk 3 Tbsp. Soy Protein 1 small Banana 1 handful of ice
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender. You may need to scrape the sides with a spatula to get any protein powder that gets stuck.

I used Great Value brand yogurt (Walmart brand) and Genisoy Protein (Plain flavor), so the nutritional info is specific to those brands. Other brands may give you higher calories.
