Yummy Tuna melts

2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted1 can flaked light tuna (packed in water, not oil)1/2 cup of cottage cheese (1% milk fat)1 ounce mozzarella cheese, grated1 ounce asiago cheese, grated
Mix tuna and cottage cheese together. Spoon half of mixture over slice of bread and top with half the cheese. Put under the broiler for 2 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Serves 2.
