Steel Cut Oats w/ Apples and Cinnamon

Ingredients
1c. steel cut oats3-4 c. water1/2-1 tsp of cinnamon1/4 c. brown sugar1 apple1/2 cup raisins1/2 c. bananas1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Spray crock pot. Put first 7 ingredients, cook on low. If cooking 8 hrs or longer use full 4 cups of water. Just before serving mix in bananas and walnuts. Serves 4-5 people
