16 oz. pkg. of frozen shelled edamame1/4 cup parmesan cheese1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oilsalt (to taste)pepper (to taste)
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place edamame into a colander and rinse under cold water to thaw. Drain
3. Spread edamame onto a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle cheese over the top and season with salt and pepper.
4. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is crispy and golden, about 15 minutes.
Servings are approx. 2 oz.
