Chicken Wrapped Asparagus with Mushroom Gravy

2 chicken breast12 spears of asparagus1tsp of Smart Balance butter spread1/2 cup of fresh cremini mushrooms1tsp of olive oil1 clove of garlic1tbsp of flour1/2 cupf of milk
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Pound chicken breasts until flat, and thin. Clean asparagus and snap off bottom of stems, place six on each peice of chicken. Add 1/2 tsp of smart balance butter spread on top of asparagus and roll chicken around asparagus, secure with tooth pick. Place in oven pan sprayed with Pam. Bake for 20 minutes.
In the mean time rough chop mushrooms and clove, saute in 1tsp of olive oil untill softened. Turn heat to low and add flour, stir, turn heat to med high and add milk stirring constantly until thicken. Remove from heat.
Plate chicken and pour mushroom sauce over. Serve
