Healthy Banana Coffee cake

1 C. All Purpose Flour1/2 C. Whole Wheat Flour1/4 C. Quaker Oats1/2 C. Sugar1/4 C. Butter1 tsp. cinnamon1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 Cup mashed bananas2 eggs, beaten1/2 C chopped pecans
In a bowl combine the first three ingredients. Measure out 3/4 cup of the dry mixture. Add the sugar. Cut in the butter.
Set aside 1/2 cup of this crumb mixture to be used for the topping.
To the remaining crumb mixture stir in the rest of the flour mixture, the baking powder, baking soda, and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.
Beat together the mashed bananas and eggs in a separate bowl.
Combine the banana/egg mixture to the flour. Beat well.
Pour into a lightly greased 8x8x2 baking dish.
For the topping combine the pecans, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon with the reserved butter mixture until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of the cake.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
