Banana Apple Bread

Ingredients
3 cups flour2 teas baking soda1 cup splenda 1 cup sugar 1 cup egg beaters2 tablespoons butter2 tablespoons applesauce3 small ripe bananas1 cup apple pie filling with splenda1 1/2 cup crushed pecans
Directions
Cream together splenda, sugar, cooled melted butter and applesauce. Add egg beaters and mix well. Add mashed bananas and apple pie filling and mix well. In a separate bowl measure flour and baking soda and mix. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture one cup at a time making sure to incorporate flour well. (If batter is to thick you can add 1 to 2 Tablespoons skim milk, but you shouldn't have to) Add the crushed pecans and mix well. Pour evenly into two sprayed and floured bread pans or a sprayed 9 x 13 glass pan. Bake in a preheated oven of 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from center. If using loaf pan, each loaf has 12 servings, if using 9x13 pan it has 24 servings.
