Puttanesca sauce for pasta

Ingredients
.5 cup EVOO2 anchovy filets1 shallot, chopped2 crushed garlic cloves1 tbsp capers2 tbsp pitted olives2 pinches crushed red pepper1 pinch chopped fresh oregano1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved2 plum tomatoes1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Add first eight ingredients in heated skillet and saute down over medium heat. Add tomatoes and parsley and saute for about 7 minutes.
Serves 4. Serve with al dente pasta
