Beef Tips and noodles

Ingredients
1 lb top sirloin, cubed1 can 10.75 oz. cream of mushroom soup1 pk beef with onion soup mix1 can 4.5 oz. mushrooms, drained1 cup water1 16oz. pk wide egg noodles
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a 13x 9 baking dish combine mushroom and beef onion soups, canned mushrooms and water. mix well. add beef turning to coat. Bake in preheated oven for an hour. Meanwhile, while beef tips are baking boil large pot of salted water and cook noodles for 8 to 10 minutes, drain serve beef tips and sauce over noodles.

    Best done in the crockpot to keep evaporation to a min. and to make the meat more tender, but the flavor is excellent. - 2/13/09

    I must agree about the crock pot, the recipe I have said to bake it....but I will be cooking it in the crock pot from now on!!!! :)
